The provenance of this plant is unknown, but the stock plant has been under the supervision
of the RHS Botanical Garden on Tresco for many years. Collected from Northern India
this form has light green, blue grey coloured stems and flowers profusely around
the end of August, with large heads of highly perfumed, fragrant bright orange flowers
with an orange filament, around 12/14 inches long .
Hardiness: fully hardy, provide a winter Mulch.
